Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried because it was as thin as a needle, but it didn't break! It's also incredibly easy to apply and the color is natural!
I liked the non-micro eyebrow pencil, so I bought this one because it was thinner and the limited edition color seemed like it would go well with bleached hair, but because it's thinner, it feels a bit stiff. The color is nice, but I think it would be easier to apply and less likely to break if it was softer.
I have light hair and bleached eyebrows, so I was looking for a bright-colored eyebrow pencil. I love it so much that I keep buying it. I wish it came with a refill.
