I bought the 00 Lucent. It's supposed to be non-pearl, but it doesn't have a matte feel at all. It's a mysterious powder that keeps my forehead, which tends to get oily, smooth and somehow leaves my cheeks and mouth moisturized. So far, I haven't noticed any dryness. The pores on my nose disappear immediately after application, but they may reappear a little over time. However, the way it crumbles doesn't make it look messy, so I think it's within the acceptable range. My favorite thing is the puff! Of all the puffs I've used, this one feels by far the best!!! It's also sold individually, so it's great that I can replace it when it gets old.
I bought this hoping to make oily, shiny skin look a little glossy. I liked that it's thin and doesn't leave a white cast, and that it doesn't dry out my skin. Unfortunately, I didn't notice much effect in blurring pores, and my skin ended up looking shiny. I also noticed that it didn't get stuck in my pores and break down my oil, so I won't be repurchasing. I thought about just refilling the case with other powders, but no matter how many times I tightened it, it kept coming loose, so I gave up.
The Prima powder I used in the summer was discontinued, so I was looking for something similar in price and effectiveness and I found this! It blurs pores, leaves skin smooth and shiny. I use a lot of it on my face line to keep it smooth, so it runs out quickly. The salesperson said the purple is also popular, so I'm thinking of buying it next time.
It was a pretty light finish! It didn't have much coverage, and it left a natural finish. I was wearing a mask, so my nose got a little shiny in the afternoon, but my makeup didn't come off too badly. It might be good if you want a radiant, natural look. I'd like to try Lucent as well.
With La Roche-Posay Rose primer and this powder, I can go without foundation all year round. It's gentle on the skin and doesn't irritate it.
