How to use
1: Hold the spout firmly and cut in the direction of the arrow. Please be careful not to hold the bag too tightly when cutting, as the contents may spill out. 2: Insert the spout into the opening of the container and slowly pour in the contents. Please be careful not to press the bag too hard when pouring, as this may cause it to overflow. Always refill into an empty Steven Knoll Hydro Renew Mist Moisture Repair A container. To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the container or spray before refilling. If washed, dry thoroughly. Refill the entire amount only after using up the entire contents. Do not mix with water or other products. For hygienic use, we recommend purchasing a new bottle after refilling approximately three times.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this with high expectations because Stephen Knoll products have a good reputation, but maybe I expected too much. It didn't make my hair smooth or moisturized (´Д｀) I'll keep using it until it's gone!
My hair is naturally straight, but this makes it easy to run your fingers through and makes it straight! I've also used the popular Orbis, but this has a nice scent so I'll be buying it again!
I applied it to my entire hair while it was still wet before drying it. It had a nice scent, but it was quite strong. Even my family members in another room could smell it. When I dried my hair, it was smoother than usual. I hadn't used hair mist before, but I'll continue to use it to reduce damage.
I was using Core Renew Advanced Repair Mist, but I bought this. I decided to switch to this one because of the price! The scent isn't too strong, and I like it.
It leaves my hair moisturized. I like the silky smooth type, but I also like this one.
