How to use
At the end of your morning and evening skincare routine, take a pearl-sized amount onto your fingertips and apply it to your entire face, working from bottom to top. *If you use it in the morning, please use a UV-blocking cosmetic after use to protect the effects of Retinol ACE (retinol acetate, moisturizing). [Usage Precautions] .After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and be sure to close the cap tightly. .If the refill does not fit or the cap does not open or close properly, please purchase the entire product. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'd always looked down on men's cosmetics, but when I started looking for creams, I found that they were all products I'd already used, so I decided to try this Shiseido Men cream. I've only used it about twice, so it might have just been a coincidence, but I applied it at night and the next morning, my pores were surprisingly less noticeable. I'm not sure if it's the product itself, but I think it's probably the reason. The pores aren't always less noticeable, but I've never been so surprised by how much they can be. I'll use it until it's gone and then write another review. The reduction in pore visibility continues, so I think people with the money should try it. However, I think the cream's effects might be due to the retinol, and since I already have tretinoin, I'm wondering if a cheaper version would be fine.
I bought this for my husband. It's a very soft cream, gel-like, but quite moisturizing. I think it's similar in texture to Shiseido's Elixir wrinkle cream!
I bought this for my husband. He uses the Men series, but he didn't have the cream, so this was his first purchase! I've used it myself, and although it's a thick cream, it's not sticky and provides just the right amount of moisturizing. I thought it might be just right for a man. The scent is the same as the Men series lotion and serum, and it's refreshing and nice.
I keep buying this as a night cream. It's highly moisturizing and keeps my skin moisturized until morning.
