How to use
At the end of your morning and evening skincare routine, take a pearl-sized amount onto your fingertips and apply it to your entire face, working from bottom to top. *If using in the morning, to protect the effectiveness of Retinol ACE (retinol acetate, moisturizing), apply a UV-blocking cosmetic after use. <How to Replace the Refill>Hold the empty container with one hand, hook your finger into the recessed area at the mouth of the container, and gently pull upwards. Place the refill into the container and press firmly from the top. Remove the refill seal and then close the cap. ◇Be careful not to cut your hands when removing the seal. ◇Do not transfer remaining contents from the previous container to the refill. ◇If the container becomes scratched or the cap becomes difficult to open and close, we recommend replacing it with a new container. ◇After use, wipe the mouth of the container clean and be sure to close the cap properly. ◇If the refill does not fit properly or the cap does not open or close properly, please purchase the entire main unit. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperature locations. ◇Be careful not to cut your hands when removing the sealing seal. ◇Do not transfer the contents remaining in the previous container to the refill. ◇If the container is scratched or the cap does not open or close properly, we recommend replacing it with a new main unit container.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this for my husband. It's a very soft cream, gel-like, but quite moisturizing. I think it's similar in texture to Shiseido's Elixir wrinkle cream!

I've used it myself, and although it's a thick cream, it's not sticky and provides just the right amount of moisturizing. I thought it might be just right for a man. The scent is the same as the Men series lotion and serum, and it's refreshing and nice.
