Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love this. I used to use an oil-based cleanser, but since I work from home a lot and don't wear much makeup, I wanted something a little gentler, so I bought this. It has a nice scent and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing. I have a small child and I'm always busy, so I appreciate not having to double cleanse.

The scent is simply amazing! The aroma is soothing. The instructions said to "pump five pumps into the palm of your hand," which made me a bit worried about the cost-effectiveness, but one pump dispenses a small amount, so I used a normal amount (about the same as other products I used around the same time). I've used several cleansers that advertise the absence of double cleansing, but I often felt like they didn't completely remove all the makeup, so I ended up washing my face anyway. However, this one has a mild peeling effect and leaves my face feeling refreshed, so I feel like it's okay to skip washing. That said, it is still expensive, so I think I'll only buy it again if I want to be soothed by the scent.
I love honey and was attracted to fermented honey, so I bought this. Hmm... I had high hopes for it because it's expensive, but it doesn't remove makeup as well as I'd hoped. It does moisturize my skin, but considering the price, it's not a reason to buy it again.

It can remove light makeup, but since I wear heavy makeup, I use it on days when I only wear sunscreen. It's said to gently exfoliate, so I also use it when I'm concerned about roughness. I feel like the roughness has improved with continued use!
