How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. - After washing your face, dispense into the palm of your hand and then spread it over your entire palm. - The recommended amount for one use is three pumps (approximately 0.6mL). - Tilt your face slightly upwards, close your eyes, and use your hands to press the product into your entire face, working from the inside to the outside, in several steps. - Finally, slide your fingers from under your ears towards your collarbone, and lightly press above your collarbone. How to replace the container: - Hold the body of the used container and turn the pump to remove it. - Remove the refill cap, insert the pump, and tighten it firmly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
