US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

When I went to the counter to buy Phyto Rouge Shine, they suggested this Lip Balm No. 3 as an option. After much deliberation, I purchased this one, and it was the right choice. It looks like a dark liver color, but it blends in well on the lips and is a very easy-to-use color! First of all, I don't have to worry about my lips peeling, and the color means I can wear it often every day. The only thing that's a bit pricey is that it's a bit pricey.
I have dry, sensitive skin. I'm an autumn type, so lighter colors suit me. My lips are normal in size and thick. I tend to get dry lips easily. This is a very moisturizing balm. It smells like sweet candy. I love how moisturizing it is without being sticky. My favorite color by far is No. 3. It looks like a dark brown, but on my lips it turns out a beautiful pale brown with a slight flush. For casual occasions, this balm alone gives me a flushed look, so it's very easy to use. I can use it even when my lips are dry and chapped, and I love that it leaves them feeling moisturized and soothed.
