Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Is this a sample? Is it a mini size? (10ml)? I used it. *Memo: I haven't used an all-in-one cream in a while, but I found one that caught my eye, so I bought it. It's a light gel cream and spreads very easily. ◎ It's so soft that it quickly returns to its original shape after scooping it out, making it a visual treat. lol I could stare at it for ages. lol It's moisturizing, but the high level of hydration makes it a bit sticky. Maybe that's because I use it as a lotion or cream, so it bothers me. If you use it in a similar way, be careful with the amount you use. Since it's a gel cream, I think it's perfect for those looking for a light, moisturizing feel. ◎ Personally, I like that it's fragrance-free (there's a slight scent from the ingredients, but it's not too noticeable) and alcohol-free. I have sensitive skin and I get sensitive to scents when I'm not feeling well, so this is very helpful. It's sold at almost every drugstore, so it's easy to find. ◎ It comes in a jar, so it requires a bit of care to use it up cleanly, but I thought it would be convenient to have one on hand.
It's a smooth gel and easy to use. I used it as an all-in-one in January and it felt a little lacking, but it seems like it would be good for nighttime use when you're tired.
I bought this at my mother's request, and I use it too. The Shiryokan is very light and comfortable, and it's more moisturizing than I expected, but I feel like it's not enough on its own in the winter. I think it's the perfect all-in-one product for when you just want to relax.
It has a gel-like texture and doesn't feel sticky, which I like! Based on the texture, I thought it might not be moisturizing enough, but when I actually applied it, it felt just right for my combination skin.
