Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

After using it, my hair felt moisturized and smooth to the touch. The packaging is cute and the scent is slightly sweet.
I received a pouch of Freesia and loved it so much that I also purchased this pouch. My hair is thick and voluminous, about shoulder length, and tends to frizz easily. I haven't dyed it in years. I've used Freesia and Ylang Ylang before, but I preferred the feel and finish of this pink one. The shampoo has a creamy texture and lathers well, with a very dense lather that felt great to wash with. The treatment was thick like butter, but surprisingly not heavy, which was just right for me. However, the scent reminded me of toilet air freshener, and it was quite strong, which was my only dislike. That's why I'm giving it a minus 1 star.
When I use the shampoo and treatment as a set, my hair feels moisturized, smooth to the touch after washing, and even after blow-drying, it still feels great! The treatment is a bit hard and comes in a tube, so it's a little difficult to use, but I'm happy with the results!
[Hair type] Curly, wavy, thick, hard hair. Shampoo doesn't lather well. I used a conditioner and it gave me a nice finish. After drying, my hair was well-mannered and the next morning, and it was very easy to straighten.
This is my third bottle of this beloved shampoo! I have damaged hair that gets colored monthly, but this shampoo leaves it moisturized and manageable. The shampoo lathers well and I love how it feels like it cleanses thoroughly! The treatment is the smoothest of all the products I've used so far. I plan to keep buying it!
