How to use
Step 1: Place the Control by Eye Balm (sold separately) and Control by Eye Concealer (sold separately) refills into the dedicated compact case and lightly press them together. Be careful not to touch the adhesive. Step 2: Take an appropriate amount of eye balm onto your fingertips and gently blend it into the areas of concern around your eyes. Step 3: Take an appropriate amount of eye concealer with a brush or your fingertips and apply it to the areas of concern around your eyes. Gently blend it into your skin with your fingertips.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
