What it is
Delivers rich moisture to every corner of your skin for intense firmness. This anti-aging lotion* leads to beautiful, bouncy, firm skin. It also reduces the appearance of fine lines caused by dryness. How to use
Always refill into the Benefique Lotion EX II container before use. After washing your face, pump the dispenser three times onto a cotton pad and gently massage into the skin. "Precautions for Use" This is not a drink. To prevent accidental ingestion, store carefully. ◇ Discontinue use if any skin irritation occurs after exposure to direct sunlight. ◇ Due to the nature of the contents, color may appear slightly different, but this does not affect usability. ◇ Due to the natural ingredients, floating particles may occasionally appear, but this does not affect usability. ◇ Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇ Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇ Be careful of fire when using Lotion EX I and Lotion EX III. ◇ Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇ To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the empty container or dispenser. ◇ Refill the entire contents after using up the contents. ◇ After refilling, tightly close the dispenser. ◇After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) at the bottom of this bag. You may need it when making inquiries. ◇If the dispenser no longer operates smoothly, purchase a new dispenser. ◇For Lotion EX I (refill), refill into the Benefique Lotion EX I container before use. ◇For Lotion EX II (refill), refill into the Benefique Lotion EX II container before use. ◇For Lotion EX III (refill), refill into the Benefique Lotion EX III container before use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the wonderful scent, texture, translucency, moisturizing, and bouncy feel. I can't change from now on. I usually use a non-EX formula, but the emulsion refill was out of stock, so I tried the EX formula this time. It's expensive, so it's difficult to use every time, but I use it as a luxurious skincare treat every once in a while.
I was unsure which texture to choose, but I went with II. I tend to rub too hard when using a cotton pad, so I use it on my palms. It's very moisturizing. If it wasn't a bit more sticky, I would have given it 7 stars.
It's moist but not sticky so it's easy to use!
I've been using this product since a beauty advisor recommended it to me. I was a little hesitant because it contains alcohol, but it's perfect for morning skincare. I use it in conjunction with the emulsion in the morning, and it helps my makeup to go on well and also reduces the chance of it coming off due to dryness. I have dry skin, so it's not enough for nighttime skincare, so I use it exclusively for morning skincare. I also like the scent.
I was planning to buy Eudermine lotion, so I went to the Shiseido section of Suzykirei, but this was recommended to me while I was talking to a beauty advisor, so I decided to buy it. As advertised, it has a lovely scent and is very soothing! It's also moisturizing, and feels great to use! It's said to also have a firming effect, but I didn't notice any firmness with just one bottle. Since new products are constantly being released, I wanted to use the latest ones whenever possible, so I didn't immediately repurchase it.
