What it is
This anti-aging lotion locks in rich moisture and delivers firm, supple skin. It's a heart-shaped firmness that reduces the appearance of fine lines caused by dryness. (Efficacy evaluation tested) It suppresses melanin production and prevents dark spots and freckles. *Age-appropriate moisturizing care (quasi-drug) *This product is a refill, so the bottle is not included.

How to use
Always refill into the Benefique Emulsion EX I container before use. After applying lotion, pump three times onto a cotton pad and gently blend into skin. "Precautions for Use" This is not a drink. To prevent accidental ingestion, store carefully. ◇ If any skin irritation occurs after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use. ◇ Due to the nature of the contents, color may appear slightly different, but this does not affect usability. ◇ Keep out of reach of children. ◇ Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇ Be careful of fire when using Emulsion EX I and Emulsion EX II. ◇ Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇ To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the empty container or dispenser. ◇ Refill the entire amount after using up the contents. ◇ After refilling, tightly close the dispenser. ◇ After refilling, please note the manufacturing code (alphanumeric) on the bottom of this bag. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It spreads well and feels moisturizing. It spreads well, so it lasts relatively long (lol). If you blend it into your skin carefully, it feels like your skin tone has improved. Some people may not like the scent, but it's not too strong and I'm glad that there are refills.
The scent is soothing
Used in combination with lotion, the feel, scent, and after-use are all perfect!
It has a nice scent and a texture that's not too thick, leaving my skin feeling moisturized. Shiseido skincare products tend to be a bit unsuitable for some people, so I wasn't sure how this would turn out when I tried it, but it didn't irritate my skin and seems to suit it well.
I use Lotion II from the whole line, and I chose Lotion I. After using it, my skin feels cool and moisturized. The next morning, there's no residue left on my skin, but it's still moisturized and my pores have tightened.
