What it is
This rich, balm cleanser boasts a sweet, refreshing lemon-honey scent and a melting texture that adheres to pores and skin texture. It thoroughly removes makeup and pore impurities while protecting skin's moisture, leaving it feeling smooth and radiant. Contains proprietary Hyalo Treatment L*1 (moisturizing) and blackhead-clearing ingredients*2 (cleansing ingredients). A lemon-honey floral scent combines the sweetness of honey with the refreshing scent of lemon. How to use
Use without wetting your hands or face. Place a 2.5cm diameter balm in the palm of your hand, gently rub your hands together to soften the balm, then spread it over your entire face, blending it thoroughly with makeup and other impurities. Once the impurities have been lifted, take a small amount of water or lukewarm water in your palm and apply it over your entire face to emulsify the balm. (Be careful not to add too much water all at once.) After emulsifying, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
