Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used to use Obagi enzyme cleanser, but I switched to a different one. I haven't used Obagi enzyme cleanser in a while, and the particles are so fine I wondered if they were always this fine. After washing, my skin felt smooth and not tight. I think I'll go back to Obagi enzyme cleanser.
It lathers well, leaves your skin smooth after washing, and doesn't make your skin feel tight, so I keep buying it.
I use it in my foaming face wash. I only use it when I'm concerned about my pores, so it's not bad value for money, as expected from Obagi.
My skin feels so smooth after using it! However, if I use it continuously, it irritates me, so I use it once every 2-3 days. I think it's also convenient for traveling!
This is the first time I've used the renewed version, but I think it's more effective.
