What it is
This cream shampoo provides complete care in one product (shampoo/treatment/hair pack/conditioner/hair color care/scalp care). It contains hair repair ingredients, moisturizing ingredients, and cleansing ingredients. The thick, non-foaming cream cleanses without friction, leaving hair and scalp moisturized and healthy. The refill is set into the frame, and the container allows for easy replacement. The frame is made of durable, water-resistant paper material that is environmentally friendly. How to use
Rinse your hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove excess oil. Lightly drain the water and apply an appropriate amount of cream to your hair and scalp, massaging it in thoroughly. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

I picked it up because I was attracted by its eco-friendly appearance, which is something you don't see very often elsewhere. The product comes in a pouch, so it's easy to squeeze out to the last drop, which is great. The usage is a simple three-step process: just apply, leave, and rinse, but it leaves your scalp feeling refreshed. The scent is great, and I think it has the texture you'd expect from a cream shampoo, but after using it, my hair doesn't fluff up and I felt it was very calming. I tried it out and it was so good that I bought some more to stock up on.
I recently cut my hair to medium length, so I chose this shampoo to replace my old one. I wanted to test it thoroughly before purchasing the actual product, so this review is based on six consecutive days of use using a sachet. *I did not use any hair oils or styling products. On the first day, after using it for the first time, my hair looked a bit dry and frizzy after drying. However, it smelled nice and felt good. No dandruff. The next day, when I tied my hair up, it was smooth and tangle-free. On the second day, I massaged it into my scalp and left it for a little longer. The frizzy look from the first day was gone. Even blow-drying my hair made it easy to comb with my fingers without tangling. On the third day, I used it on a day when I was traveling by train and my scalp was feeling a bit oily and sweaty, even though it was this season. I massaged it into my scalp a little more carefully, as I'm a bit rough around the edges. It didn't have the refreshing feeling after washing, but the scalp discomfort was gone and I didn't have any dandruff. From the fourth day onwards, I washed my scalp first, left it for a while, and then washed my body and rinsed it all out in one go! It saves so much time. My hair feels great too. Conclusion: I will buy the actual product again. The scent is refreshing and gentle, like tea, so it would be suitable for both men and women. This one product serves as both shampoo and treatment, so it's been a while since I've found a cream shampoo that I want to use again. Postscript: My hair felt heavy when I used it every day, so I started alternating it with other shampoos! The effects are easier to see when you use it on days when you feel your hair is particularly damaged.

When I discovered they had pouches, I was delighted and immediately purchased it!!! It has a subtle, refined scent that's not at all sweet. Men would also love it!! It's said to have a fresh lemon and gentle tea scent. This cream shampoo requires just one bottle, and it doesn't leave my body feeling sticky after rinsing. I love that it cuts down on the amount of time I spend in the bath (人*´∀｀) And since you only need one bottle, it's not bad value for money! It has a firm texture like a hair pack and a lovely tea scent. Just spread it out, massage it in, and then rinse it off? Really? It doesn't lather or absorb at all, so is that okay? I was skeptical, but I followed the instructions and tried it. After drying, my hair was definitely moist and manageable. It felt sticky. It didn't wash? But it didn't feel gross. Hmm.
