What it is
This treatment tame volume and moisturize your hair with highly moisturizing and repairing ingredients, including shea butter and collagen, for a smooth, manageable finish without stickiness. For frizzy, frizzy, and dry hair, experience a moisturized, manageable feel the moment you rinse. This specially formulated foam treatment uses shea butter (a moisturizing ingredient), hydrolyzed collagen (a repairing ingredient), and betaine-based cleansing ingredients to maximize its effectiveness, creating a fluffy lather that thoroughly cleanses not only the scalp but also the hair. It's formulated to be gentle on the scalp and hair, and is free of sulfates (such as sodium laureth sulfate), silicone, parabens, ethanol, and microplastic beads. Patch tested (this does not guarantee that it will not cause skin irritation in all individuals). This product is a refill; the bottle is not included.

How to use
After rinsing with warm water, take an appropriate amount of shampoo in your hand, lather thoroughly, and then apply it to your entire hair, gently massaging your scalp. Wash thoroughly and rinse thoroughly. [How to Refill] Hold the spout firmly and cut along the line in the direction of the arrow. Firmly insert the spout into the mouth of the bottle and slowly squeeze out the contents. Always refill into a used "&be Takedown Shampoo" bottle. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the bottle and pump with tap water, allow them to dry completely, and then refill the entire amount at once. Do not mix with water or other products. After refilling, please note down the serial number on the bottom right of this pack. You may need this information when making inquiries. This is not a drink.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've bought this product many times along with other similar treatments! First of all, it smells great! There are a lot of scents I don't like, but this one doesn't bother me even if it's on for a long time. It also makes my hair smooth. I still need to use hair oil, but I don't find it too dry. I have thick, coarse hair, but this product keeps it in check.
My hair was frizzy, wavy, and prone to bursting with pain, but this product calmed it down. It lathered well and had a refined scent, which was very nice. I used it in conjunction with the treatment, but I could feel the effects with just the shampoo. I ended up buying three bottles.
There are take-down and stand-up types for different hair concerns. I have super-volume lion hair, inherited from my mother, so I chose the take-down type. The shampoo itself lathers well, leaves my hair incredibly moisturized after washing, and it's the most manageable shampoo I've used recently. Considering the price and effectiveness, I think it's a great value for the money (^^) I'd like to buy it again, so I'll write it down here as a reminder.
It's super moisturizing. I only use the shampoo, but I'd like to try the conditioner as well. It seems like it would be good for anti-aging hair.
It lathers well and feels like it's cleansing properly. I wish the scent was better.
