What it is
As you spread the cream over your entire face and massage it into your skin, your fingertips will become lighter and the cream will turn into an oil. Knowing when to rinse helps prevent over-massaging and skin irritation. Combining the characteristics of both cream and oil cleansers, it thoroughly removes makeup, sebum, and impurities. POINT 1: Thoroughly cares for sensitive skin without leaving any residue. Cream cleansers can be difficult to determine when to remove impurities, so over-massaging can be a concern. On the other hand, with oil cleansers, there's a risk of over-using cleanser to remove oily residue and stripping away moisture. Combining the cream's close-fitting texture with the oil's easy-to-absorb feel, it prevents rough skin caused by friction and dry skin caused by over-washing. POINT 2: A cleanser rich in emollients and vitamins. How to use
STEP 1: Take an appropriate amount in your dry hands and spread it over your entire face, blending it into your makeup. STEP 2: Massage each part of your face in a circular motion for 20 to 30 seconds until the cream turns into an oil, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the 15g trial size. It transforms from a gel to an oil when applied to the face. It removes makeup well, but has a mild feel.
The scent is nice and I like the texture. I would like to buy it again.
I bought the trial size for 500 yen. The woody aroma is soothing. After cleansing, it doesn't make my skin feel tight and it seems to be gentle on the skin, but it didn't remove my mascara at all and made my eyes look like pandas. I think it was good that I could try it out because it varies from person to person.
The cream or gel texture spread well. I didn't notice much friction and it turned into an oil quite quickly. It had a slightly grassy scent. I like it. However, I don't think it has any better functions than other products other than removing makeup, so I probably won't buy it again.
