How to use
[Preparation before use] To prevent burns, be sure to use a hair band or similar item and protect your neck and shoulders with a towel or similar to prevent burns. 1. Dry your hair thoroughly. 2. Brush your hair to remove tangles and loose strands. 3. Divide your hair into sections and secure them with hair clips or similar. How to use: 1. With the iron closed, slide the lock to the OPEN position. 2. Plug the power cord into an outlet. 3. Press and hold the power switch (approximately 2 seconds). A beep will sound and the temperature display will flash to show the set temperature (180°C for the first use, the last set temperature from the second time onwards). 4. Press the ▲ or ▼ button to set the temperature. You can select from 13 settings in 10°C increments from 80 to 200°C. When the set temperature is reached, the display will stop flashing and remain lit, and a beep will sound to notify you. About the automatic temperature lock function: Approximately 5 seconds after the last operation, a beep will sound, the temperature setting will be locked, and "Temperature LOCK" will be displayed on the temperature display. How to unlock the temperature lock: Press the ▼ button twice and a beep will sound to unlock it. 5 After use, press and hold the power switch (for approximately 2 seconds) to turn it off, and unplug the power cord from the outlet. 6 After it has completely cooled down, slide the open/close lock to LOCK with the iron part closed by hand, and store it in a dry place.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
