How to use
1 Make sure the switch is "OFF" and the power adapter is not connected, then remove the blades and oil them. 2 When using with the power adapter connected, insert the power adapter's plug into the socket on the main unit, then insert the power plug into an outlet. 3 Turn the switch to "ON" and run the unit empty for a few seconds to allow the oil to penetrate, then turn the switch to "OFF". 4 Attach the short comb to the main unit as desired. 5 Turn the switch to "ON" and use. 6 After use, turn the switch to "OFF". When the power adapter is connected, unplug the power plug first, then the plug on the main unit. 7 After cleaning, attach the blades to the main unit and store in a dry place.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
