Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this as a trial. I love the shea scent, so I use both the body soap and the body butter at the same time. I'm considering buying the regular size.
It lathers well and smells nice!
Since using the Shea body butter, I've become addicted to The Body Shop's shea scent, so I bought this shower cream to have the same scent. The scent is a sweet, warm shea scent that makes it perfect for autumn and winter. Since the product is called a shower cream, I expected it to be very moisturizing, but surprisingly, that wasn't the case, and I felt dry without applying body cream. Also, the container is difficult to use. It would be nice if it came in a pump type, but I wonder if that's difficult given the heavy texture.
It's a moisturizing body soap that I would like to use in the winter. The scent is something that some people might love or hate, but I loved it.
It smelled really good!
