Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've purchased this body towel several times. It's very sturdy and never wears out. At first, it feels hard and a little harsh on the skin, but once you're done washing, you'll be amazed at how smooth and supple it leaves your skin. I've gotten used to using it, and it's my favorite!
It's sturdy enough. I bought it because I wanted to wash my back thoroughly. I'll consider buying it again depending on how durable it is.
It lathers well and doesn't go flat easily.
It's not much different from a regular body towel, but I think the firmness is good. I'm curious how long the firmness will last though...
I knew it would be hard, but it seems to prevent me from scrubbing too hard and damaging my skin, so maybe it's actually a good fit for me! It's long, so it's easy to wash my back too.
