The unique SCALP RESET formula thoroughly removes stubborn dirt, sebum, and styling product residue that shampoos (especially amino acid shampoos) struggle to remove. Recommended for use once or twice a week. The cleansing formula, formulated with domestic hot spring water, cleanses while moisturizing the scalp. Contains Tetraselmis Suecica*1, a Mediterranean microalgae (phytoplankton), to support the scalp's oil balance. Contains five scalp-loving ingredients: piroctone olamine, papain, eucalyptus leaf oil, zinc PCA, and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. Natural plant extracts promote a healthy scalp environment: Swertia japonica extract, tea leaf extract, chamomile flower extract, mulberry root bark extract, and Saccharomyces/rice fermentation liquid*1, Tetraselmis Suecica extract.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
