What it is
With an increased amount of charcoal mud, this facial soap is more refreshing and moisturizing. - Compared to previous products, it contains 2.5 times more charcoal and twice as much mud. - Blended with domestic cypress essential oil for a more refreshing scent. - Suitable for sensitive skin. Hypoallergenic. Skin irritation tested (does not guarantee irritation will not occur in all people). - Changed to a soap shape that is easy to hold and drains water easily. Three eco-friendly points: 1. RSPO certified product that protects forests and living creatures. 2. Scented using upcycled fragrance ingredients (Japanese cypress). 3. Paper pillow packaging made from FSC-certified paper. - Environmentally friendly packaging with water-based flexographic printing.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It takes longer to lather than body soap, and because it's a solid soap, the foam isn't particularly bouncy, but it leaves your skin feeling very clean after washing, and it thoroughly removes stickiness and sebum, leaving your skin feeling smooth and refreshed.
I've been using this for a long time at my parents' house, so I bought it because I wanted to use it again after a long time. It leaves a very clean feeling. I wanted a softer way to remove dirt, so it no longer suited me.
I bought this a while ago at a hot spring resort and liked it, so I've been using it regularly ever since. I wanted to try it again after a long time, so I bought two! I've been bothered by bumps around my nose, so I only use bar soap to wash my face. This soap thoroughly removes oil, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and not tight, and it has a nice, invigorating scent. A foaming net is essential. I tried washing the sponge I use to spread liquid foundation with this soap, and it came off perfectly. The cleansing power is impeccable.
I have oily skin. It's been so hot this year, and this soap has really helped me. It's a little hard to create a lather, so I lather it up with a facial cleansing net and gently massage it into my skin, leaving it smooth and refreshed. Also, I'm going through menopause and sweat a lot, so I used it to wash my body, and it left my skin feeling refreshed and comfortable. It's affordable, and I think this will be a soap I use for a long time. However, I think it's better to moisturize it thoroughly. It removes a lot of oil, so lotion and emulsion are a must.
It's a fairly large size, so it lasts a long time, lathers well, and doesn't seem to go flat easily, so I didn't have to worry about friction. However, it does strip away a lot of oil, so it left my skin feeling quite dry. It wasn't great for washing my face.
