How to use
Without wetting your hands or sponge, apply approximately 1mL (the size of a 10 yen coin) to the dirty area of the sponge and gently rub the sponge with the pads of your fingers to thoroughly blend it into the dirt. Then rinse with water or lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly, drain, and dry in the shade before use. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. .Wash your hands thoroughly after use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I always use this to wash puffs etc. It's specially made for cleaning so it gets them really clean.
It removes dirt well and the foam rinses off easily. It lasts for quite a long time, so it's the best value for money.
This is my third purchase. It cleans the sponge well and doesn't leave it stiff after washing. For the brush, I put a few drops of hot water in a small cup and then wash it.
I've been using this for over 10 years and it's become an indispensable item for me. I wash brushes and puffs frequently because they can cause rough skin. This cleaner is reasonably priced, and I'm impressed with how well it removes dirt, as you'd expect from Shiseido. When I rub it with warm water, the dirt comes right up, so I can see with my own eyes that my skin is clean, and it makes me feel refreshed.
