How to use
If using a dry sponge, apply an appropriate amount of foundation to the sponge and spread it evenly. If using a wet sponge (only for foundations that can be used with or without water), soak the sponge in water and wring it out before use. . If the sponge becomes dirty, it will be difficult to apply foundation, so always keep it clean. If the sponge becomes dirty, use Shiseido Sponge Cleaner N (sold separately) or gently press it with a mild detergent diluted in lukewarm water. After rinsing thoroughly to remove all detergent, drain the water and dry thoroughly in the shade before use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
