What it is
This is the world's first*1 cream using dissolving beauty needle technology. Taurine, a beauty ingredient involved in regulating skin moisture and its barrier function, is crystallized into tiny needles and tightly encapsulated in a rich cream. The dissolving needles, rich in hyaluronic acid*2, pierce, dissolve, and penetrate*3 into the skin for intense moisturization. Furthermore, this medicated cream contains the active ingredient niacinamide, which can prevent blemishes*4 and even improve wrinkles. It spreads easily and has a gentle tingling sensation for ease of use. *1 As a cosmetic product containing taurine needles, *2 Sodium hyaluronate (2) (moisturizing ingredient) *3 Works up to the stratum corneum*4 Suppresses melanin production and prevents blemishes and freckles (quasi-drug).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
