What it is
Add some ideas to your periodontal care. This set includes two periodontal pocket cleaners. It reaches deep into periodontal pockets that are difficult to reach with a toothbrush, smoothly scraping out dirt. The ultra-thin 0.8mm bristles allow for gentle cleaning. The tapered shape makes it easy to target tight spaces with pinpoint accuracy. The marble-design handles are available in three colors to fit your lifestyle. *This product will be delivered in one of the colors shown in the image. *Color selection is not available. How to use
Lightly place the bristles in periodontal pockets and gaps where you are concerned about missing spots, and move them gently in a tracing motion. *Gaps between teeth and gums *Do not force the toothbrush into places where it hurts or where you cannot insert it. *Depending on the condition of your gums, bleeding may occur when you first start using it. If bleeding continues, discontinue use and consult your dentist. Bristles are firm. Heat resistant up to 80°C. <Toothbrush> Made in Japan. PureOra is a trademark of Kao. We recommend the PureOra 36500 series toothpaste. Brush gently to avoid damaging your gums. Replace the toothbrush when the bristles become loose.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
