How to use
Shake well, then apply a 10-yen coin-sized amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe away any excess. [Usage Precautions] .Tightly close the cap after use. .Due to the nature of the product, it may become cloudy at low temperatures, but this does not affect the quality. .It may stain contact lenses, so if you wear contact lenses, remove them before use. .Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it does get in your eyes, rinse immediately with lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I didn't think it was that good...it stings my eyes, and most importantly, it seems to leak quite a bit even when the lid is tightly closed. Just putting it on a cotton ball and leaving it on the desk leaves marks on the desk, and the container always feels sticky. Since it's Shiseido, I had high hopes for it, but I don't think I'll be buying it again.
I also use Lunasol point makeup remover, but I feel like this one removes makeup better. I shake both and then put them on a cotton pad to remove waterproof mascara. I use it not only to remove mascara, but also to quickly wipe my lips and entire face, then remove all my makeup with Elixir Cleansing Gel and wash my face with Balancing Bubble. I felt it was an excellent product for removing point makeup.
The point makeup remover I had been using was no longer available at Matsukiyo, so I bought this one. I use a comb-type cleanser specifically for mascara, so I use this to remove eyeshadow. It removes almost all of my mascara that comes off with warm water. Like my previous product, it's a shake-type. This one doesn't dent when you squeeze the container, so at first it was difficult to get the makeup onto a cotton pad, but once you get used to it, it's fine. It removes makeup well, so I'll definitely be using this one from now on.
I love using it because it removes waterproof mascara so easily.
