How to Work It Into Your Routine
This product is for refilling. Please be sure to refill into the original container before use. After using up the contents, refill the entire contents without washing the container or cap. Be careful not to get water inside. After refilling, please note down the serial number (four alphanumeric characters) printed on the bottom right. You may need this when making inquiries.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
