How to use
Take a small amount onto the tip of the puff and gently tap it onto your skin. It has a soft texture, so be careful not to apply too much. *To prevent drying, be sure to close the inner and outer lids tightly after use. .How to wash the puff. Gently rub in lukewarm water with a sponge cleaner or mild detergent. Allow to dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've only used it about three times, but it's already gotten so messy. And the foundation's all gone... Is it a defective product? Or am I using too much pressure? It's the perfect size for touch-ups, and it even fixes smudged foundation. It's a little too small for my needs, but it's within my tolerances.
It's very convenient to carry around. Is it a balm type? It has a moist texture and is very moisturizing, but the touch-up is not that great... Maybe it's because I had high expectations, but the puff is hard to use and it gets sticky... I'm a clumsy woman with combination skin, so it was difficult to use.
