How to use
1. Wash your face and hands with cold or lukewarm water. 2. Dispense an appropriate amount and gently wash your face, rolling the foam over your skin from the center of your face outwards. 3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water at body temperature at least 10 times to ensure no cleanser remains on your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

As other people have said in their reviews, I don't think the foam is particularly fine, so I don't think it's necessary to use this. I think it's good for when you don't want to bother with lathering.
Is the cleansing power a little weak? It's a moisturizing foaming face wash. I tend to have oily skin, so it's a little lacking, but I think it's great for dry skin. It comes out as foam, so it's great for morning use. However, I can't find any reason why I have to use this one, so considering the price, I think I could use something else instead.
I bought it for the packaging! I loved the color of the packaging so much that I fell in love with it at first sight. It didn't feel too bad to use.

The foam rinses off easily. My skin doesn't feel tight after washing, so I think it suits me. I'm always tempted by different products, so I'm not sure if I'll continue using this product, but I recently purchased the refill and will be buying it again.
