Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't have a citrus scent, but rather a strong grapefruit scent. It has a soft, soapy scent that sounds like grapefruit with milk added. It doesn't have the bitterness of real grapefruit. It lathers fairly well, and the foam is gentle on the skin. It doesn't cause itching, and it doesn't sting even if you have cuts. On days when I apply a lot of sunscreen, the lathering gets worse, so I use more than usual. The scent is refreshing, and it leaves your skin feeling clean after washing, so it's especially recommended for summer. I also like that it's affordable, so it's suitable for sharing with the whole family.
