How to use
1. After washing your face, take the cream in Step 1 and massage it into your hands. 2. After Step 1 has been applied, remove the sheet mask in Step 2 and apply it evenly to your face. 3. Leave the mask on for approximately 10-20 minutes, then remove it and massage in the remaining serum.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have a tingling sensation, so I wonder if it's working? I've only used it once, so I'm going to buy 50ml. The serum in the pack is very thick and adheres to the skin really well. I wish they would sell the packs separately.
I ended up buying it because of the packaging at the Disney Store! It was my first time using it, and I was surprised at how tingly it felt at first, but I'm now a bit addicted! It tingled quite a bit when I applied the serum, and it tingled a little after I put the mask on, and it still tingled a little after I removed the mask, and I really enjoyed that tingling. lol And the glow after I removed the mask was amazing! My skin felt plump the next morning, so I'm thinking about buying the serum! Also, the mask was bouncy and comfortable to wear!
