What it is

How to use
Wet the areas that are particularly curly with water and apply gel to those areas. Pull your hair down as if you are straightening it out, and then dry it completely with a hair dryer. Block your hair and slowly run a hair iron through it from the roots to the ends to style it to your desired shape.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I discovered this when I was having trouble with my hair straightening treatments coming off! I use one pump after towel drying, and as my hair tends to tangle at the ends, I also use hair oil as a finishing touch. My hair is curly and fine, so it's difficult to manage, but when I use this, it seems to stay straighter than usual! Above all, I love LUTY products because all of them have a lovely, soothing scent!!
I have naturally curly hair, and due to repeated coloring and bleaching, I was often concerned about its frizz, frizz, and dryness. So I found this product at a drugstore and decided to buy it. I looked up the instructions on the official website and saw that it can also be used as an after-bath treatment, so I tried using it before blow-drying. While blow-drying, I was concerned about my hair's dryness and frizz, and wondered if it would really keep my hair in place. After drying, my hair was a little dry and frizzy, but the frizz was reduced. Then, when I ironed it on low heat, it became smooth and even more manageable. I've only just started using it, but after blow-drying and ironing, my hair feels smooth and manageable, and it's incredibly manageable. The scent is faint. I haven't styled it yet and can fully test its hold throughout the day, but I used it at night and it was incredibly manageable the next morning. I'll keep using it!
I use Rooty's Protect Gel before using the hair dryer and it has really reduced flyaways in the morning. I love that it has a smooth texture and doesn't leave my hair sticky.
I was very interested in the reviews and bought it, but I didn't really notice any effect. Maybe I'm just using it wrong. I'll do some more research and try it out. The scent isn't too strong and seems like it would appeal to everyone.
It's great for curly hair, and when used before ironing, it prevents heat damage and leaves hair super smooth! It also smells great, so I highly recommend it!!!
