How to use
After shampooing, lightly drain the water and apply an appropriate amount to damaged areas of your hair, massaging it in. Then rinse thoroughly. If you are particularly concerned about damage, it is most effective to use it after a treatment. We recommend using it once or twice a week.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

Every year around this time, I'm interested in osmanthus cosmetics. I found a cheap Botanist hair mask at the drugstore, and I was drawn to its osmanthus and berry scent, so I bought it. The heavy balm has a firm texture, but it's soft and easy to blend into your hands. It has a floral scent, but perhaps because it contains berries, the osmanthus flavor I was hoping for isn't there. It's quite light, so it might be good for people who don't like strong scents. After drying, my hair feels soft, manageable, and smooth. It doesn't make my hair heavy, but it does lose a bit too much volume for me, so if I'm looking for a moisturizing treatment, I'd choose Fino, both in terms of scent and texture. I recommend it for people with coarse hair or who prefer a moisturized finish.
I won this! It's called a balm, but it's not a hard texture, and it's as thick as a regular treatment. There's not much of a lingering scent after rinsing and drying your hair. When I added this balm to my regular hair care routine (shampoo and conditioner), my hair was noticeably more moisturized and manageable!

It feels a little stiff, but when I warm it up in my palms and apply it to my hair, it becomes soft and spreads easily. The scent of osmanthus and berries is faint, but barely lingers after rinsing. My hair is thick, coarse, voluminous, and curly with a lot of waves. After using this product, my coarse hair has softened a little and become shinier. It's not particularly effective, but I feel like my hair is becoming more manageable with each use, so I'll continue using it.
I received this as a gift! It's packed with balm, so I'm happy that it will last a long time! I also feel like my hair quality has improved several times since I started using treatments!
