How to use

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've used up all the shampoo so I'm reviewing it. After using it for a long time, I can see an improvement in the quality of my hair. It has a moisturizing effect after washing, and my hair is easier to manage. I would like to purchase it again.
I had this shampoo and treatment tried at a hair salon, and when I bought a hair dryer and other items, I was given a small trial bottle, which I used for about a week. I usually use the pink ReFa protein shampoo, but I preferred that one. This shampoo and treatment didn't seem to suit me, as my hair felt dry after using the hair dryer. It also didn't seem to have much hold, and even though it was more expensive than what I'm currently using, it didn't feel very good to use. However, I felt like the shampoo lathered better with this one.
The shampoo lathers well and is not harsh on the hair. The treatment is a bit stiff, but once it's worked into my hair, it leaves it smooth and untangles. When I dried it with a hair dryer, the roots were fluffy and the ends were moist and smooth, making it easy to run my fingers through. My hair was also light and smooth, and shiny! The floral scent was very soothing.
I tried the trial size at the hotel and loved it so much that I decided to buy it. Both the shampoo and conditioner have a refreshing texture that makes them easy to rinse out. They're not too moisturizing, and they leave your hair feeling soft and fluffy.

Until now, I'd often used YOLU and Melt at home. My hair is bleached and damaged, but my hairdresser asked me, "What are you using? Your hair is so bouncy despite that." It's a little pricey, but even with my long, thick hair, just two or three pumps of shampoo creates a good lather, so it doesn't seem like a bad value for the money. The bottle is luxurious and nice, but I don't like the fact that you can't see the contents and the volume changes. The scent is refreshing, fruity, and not too strong, and it doesn't linger after drying. It was great to be able to try it out at the hotel!
