How to use
Please read the included instruction manual carefully before use and use the product correctly. Introduction. It is recommended that hair in the VIO zone is dry, as it is easier to shave. (1) Attach the trimmer and trimmer attachment to the main unit. Place it on the area you want to shave and shave off any long hairs. (If you want to adjust the length or volume of hair, this completes the process.) (2) If you want a smooth shave. Set the attachment to 2mm and shave. (Please note that hairs longer than 2mm tend to get tangled in the net blade.) (3) Remove the trimmer and trimmer attachment from the main unit and replace them with the net blade. (Make sure the net blade is working properly beforehand.) (4) Sit so you can clearly see the treatment. Hold the area you want to shave with your hand and pull the skin taut. Gently place the net blade on the area, then move it slowly in a circular motion against the direction of hair growth. (5) Check the remaining hair by feeling it with your hand and looking in the mirror. To finish, shave again in a circular motion against the direction of hair growth until no hair remains. (6) Cleaning Instructions: After shaving, use the cleaning brush to remove any hair residue caught in the blades. Wash the trimmer and net blade with water and dry thoroughly before storing. (Note: The main body, trimmer, and net blade are waterproof, so they can all be washed.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
