Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been interested in this product for a long time, so I bought the trial size. The cream spreads well and has a pleasant smell, so it's easy to use both in the morning and at night, and can also be used when you're concerned about dry skin. I wish I had bought it sooner.
I've bought it several times! I use it when I'm worried about dry skin, and it's not too expensive so it's good value for money. However, it gets harder to get it out towards the end as you use it.
The Bloom Box contained a 5ml type, so I tried using it as a morning cream for a few days. It's light, but highly moisturizing, and doesn't interfere with your makeup. It's a very easy-to-use cream and I really liked it.
I hadn't used it for ages, but I bought it again on suzykirei Beauty Day. Recently, I've been worried about the cracks in my nasolabial folds that appear immediately even after moisturizing and putting on makeup. I've realized how amazing it is as I get older that using this product at the end of my skincare routine keeps my skin looking radiant. It has a nice scent but is not too irritating, which I like. It's been a while since I've had it in my first batch. I'm sure it will be useful from winter to the changing season of spring!
This rich cream thoroughly moisturizes the skin. It's not sticky even when applied before makeup, and it doesn't ruin your makeup, so it's great for morning skin care. I'd like to buy it again when I run out!
