How to use
Washing: 1. Lightly wet the foaming net. 2. Sprinkle the powder cleanser into the net and, while adding a small amount of lukewarm water, rub the net to create a lather. Work up enough foam until meringue-like peaks form. 3. Once the palm of your hand is filled with foam, gently wash your skin by rolling the lather over it without rubbing. 4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm running water. Preparing: 1. After washing your face, take about two-thirds of the product in your hand and slowly rub it in from bottom to top. Gently massage in areas where roughness is a concern. 2. Apply the remaining pack to any problem areas. Keep the pack moist and use up the entire packet. 3. After a while, rinse with lukewarm water. Rinse carefully, making sure no pack remains on the hairline or around the nostrils. Protecting: 1. Twist off the tip of the disposable container and take out a coin-sized amount. 2. Gently press the lotion into your skin in several applications, working from bottom to top. Apply additional layers to areas with unevenness or dryness. 3. Remove the remaining lotion and gently smooth it over your entire face. *Please be sure to check for any abnormalities on your skin before use. *Discontinue use if: (1) You experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) You experience any abnormalities such as (1) after exposure to direct sunlight. Continuing use may worsen the symptoms, so consult a dermatologist. *Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. *Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't like the scent, but it washes off well
I bought this because I thought it would be something I often use to wash my face when traveling or on the go. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and smooth without any tightness after washing, removes dirt well, and has a soothing scent. It's also good value for money, so I plan to buy it again!
I came across this product by chance while searching for small-packaged skincare products to take on a business trip. I bought the trial kit that included the lotion and face wash to try it out first. The face wash is very pleasant to use, with no tightness on the skin, but the face wash is a bit sticky. However, since I value glycerin-free products, I think I'll continue to use it even if it feels a bit sticky.
I started using this product two years ago after my skin became extremely rough from pollen allergies. Its fluffy lather leaves my skin feeling moisturized and refreshed. My scalp also gets itchy easily, so I've been using it to wash my hair for the past few months. At first, it didn't lather well, but now, without using a conditioner or conditioner, I just apply a little John Masters hair cream to the ends of my hair after washing, and it leaves it soft, moisturized, and smooth.
