Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't get in the way of anything, and when you apply it to a cotton pad, you can really feel the moisture getting into your skin! It's watery, so it's great for summer!
I've been using this for nearly 20 years, even before the renewal. It's the best for my skin, and it doesn't irritate my skin. I get irritation from other low-irritation cosmetics and cosmetics I can buy at the hospital, so what's in it?! It's a mystery. I think I'll keep using it until I die (lol).
I had been using Orbis U for about two years, but I started getting pimples, so I tried this. In about two weeks, all the pimples disappeared and I was completely cured. I'm the type of person who gets irritated by lotions, so maybe Orbis U's moisturizing effect, which has become more like an emulsion gel, didn't suit me. It's not exactly moisturizing, but I guess it's just the bare minimum. It seems to be just right for my skin, which gets irritated when I want to moisturize it. I'll keep using it for a while.
This is a repeat purchase from Hisashi. I don't think it's a major product, but I like it because it doesn't leave a sticky feeling on the surface, despite the strange moisturizing claims. I dropped the bottle last time and broke it, so I'll be more careful this time.
It has a smooth texture but is very moisturizing. It is gentle and doesn't irritate even rough skin.
