Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a moderate cooling sensation (quite refreshing, and feels great during my period!), and a lovely, green, herbal scent like rosemary!! It just smells so good! It's a clear gel that lathers well, and I keep it in my bathroom all the time. I wanted to try other products, so I bought others, but I just can't help but miss this cooling sensation. The only downside is that it's a tube type with the lid facing downwards, so if you leave it in the bathroom, the liquid sometimes leaks and the area around the lid gets slimy. You need to make sure to keep it tightly closed, or store it upright, not facing downwards. Once I run out of the one I'm using now, I'll start using it again in time for summer.
