How to use
Morning and night, after washing your face, dispense an appropriate amount (about the size of a 100-yen coin) onto a cotton pad or the palm of your hand and gently massage from the center of your face outwards, finally down to your neck. Please use with caution, paying close attention to any abnormalities. If the product does not suit your skin, i.e., if any of the following occurs, discontinue use. Continuing to use the product may worsen your condition, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. (1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) If any of the above abnormalities occur after exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. <Storage and Handling Precautions> - Keep out of reach of children. Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight. Due to the use of natural ingredients, discoloration may occur, but this does not affect the quality of the product. Be sure to close the cap tightly after use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I usually use a refreshing lotion, but I was concerned about the dryness of my cheeks, so I decided to try this one. I don't really like thick lotions, but this product blends well with my skin and is absorbed immediately after application. It has also helped alleviate the dryness of my cheeks during pollen season. The scent is also to my liking, and it lifts my spirits.
I have dry skin, so I tried this. It has a nice scent and goes well with the cream. However, it was too oily for my skin, so it didn't really suit me.
It smells like rose, the ultimate lotion! It has a lovely scent. It's smooth, yet feels like it penetrates into the skin, which impressed me the first time I applied it. Even when I use it during the change of seasons, it seems to calm my skin's fluctuations.
I've been using this product since it was released. This is my third bottle. As others have said, it has a thick texture. When you apply it by hand pumping with your palm, it absorbs quickly into your skin, deeply moisturizing it. It doesn't leave any sticky or slimy feeling that is common with this type of texture. It pairs perfectly with the Crystal Snow Cream, and when you use them together, your skin is smooth and supple the next morning. Since I started using the set, I no longer use serum. I'm an Arakan fan, but I always get compliments on my skin at the cosmetics counter! I'll definitely be buying it again.
The scent is amazing the moment you apply it. It's not sticky, so it's easy to use even under makeup. Even a small amount leaves your skin feeling moisturized, and it pairs well with cream. Applying cream after using lotion also helps keep your skin moisturized.
