Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The color was perfect for me. There are a wide variety of colors available, so I plan to buy other colors as well.
I had been using No. 01 Melting Grape until now, but it was out of stock in stores. I happened to have No. 05 Melting Cocoa in stock, so I bought it to try it out, and this color is a perfect match for winter makeup, giving me the best finish. As someone who doesn't like dark lip colors, this sheer, moisturizing lip product is one I'll definitely buy again. The moderate brown color has been well-received at work, and my junior colleagues are already imitating it.
I bought it because the color was so cute, and of course it didn't cause any peeling. It's a retractable type, so I feel it's more hygienic than the chips. I'm interested in trying the other colors too. It gives a plump feeling rather than a shiny look.
I have warm spring skin tones, so I thought I'd bought No. 2 Melting Fig, but accidentally bought No. 1 Melting Grape. It has a bluish tint on my lips, but if I apply it thinly it doesn't look off and it helps improve my complexion. It does stay on my mask. It doesn't irritate my skin, but it does dry out after about an hour. I'm considering buying it again.
As the name "melting" suggests, there are many soft, thick lipsticks that you can't undo once you've applied them. The color is perfect for cool undertones, with a light texture that glides on smoothly and feels great. If you eat or drink, it will get on the cup and the color will fade. But if you don't eat, the moisture stays on for a long time, which is great. As long as you're aware that the color won't last, there's no downside to it.
