(1) Curl your eyelashes with a curver (eyelash curler). (2) Place the outside of the brush at the base of your eyelashes and lift them up while working your way up towards the tips. (3) Lower eyelashes. Use the tip of the brush to carefully finish off the outer corners of your eyes. When removing, we recommend using an eye makeup remover.
