Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was surprised at how moisturizing it is despite being a cream concealer! The color suits cool undertones, so I love using it!
It's a Shu Uemura concealer palette, and it's lightweight yet provides coverage, so it's great to use and doesn't dry out your skin. I found that it crumbles when I apply it with my fingers, so I try to use a concealer brush to finish it off.
The golden yellow one on the bottom right was a big hit. When I first saw it, I thought it was too yellow, but it covered my dark circles, which I can't even tell what they are. I mixed this golden yellow with a little bit of the beige on the left to create a slightly lighter golden yellow that covers the dark circles. This covers the dark circles quite well, so all I have to do is cover up any sagging skin with a lighter color. However, because the texture is soft, it can smudge over time. I'm currently researching how to make the impressive look I get when I first applied it last longer.
Excellent coverage! Lasts! I used to have trouble with concealers coming off easily due to acne scars, but this one really doesn't come off. It has great coverage, and it's a product I wish I'd discovered sooner. However, there are some colors that I can't use well, so the amount that wears off is unbalanced. I wish there was more of just the bottom left color...!
