How to use
How to refill into a container: 1: Hold the spout firmly and cut in the direction of the arrow. If you hold the bag too tightly when cutting, the contents may spill out, so be careful. 2: Insert the spout into the opening of the container and slowly pour the contents in. If you press the bag too hard while pouring, it may overflow, so be careful.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even hair that has been bleached twice now becomes smooth! However, it might be a little difficult to lather if your hair is long. My hair is super long, so it will probably run out in less than a month, but I'll definitely buy it again!
I dye my gray hair once a month. My hair is quite hard. I bought the trial size, thinking it would be good for bleached hair. After dyeing my gray hair every month, I started noticing the coarseness. This is true even when I use conditioner or oil before drying. This shampoo creates a fine lather while washing, and my hair feels smooth even when rinsing. Even after using conditioner and drying, I can feel the softness in the ends of my hair.
