How to use
This is a refill for Vital Perfection Advanced Cream. At the end of your morning and evening skincare routine, take approximately two pearl-sized amounts onto your fingertips and blend in. <How to Replace the Refill> Hold the empty container with one hand, hook your fingers around the two protrusions on the inner container's opening, and gently pull upwards. Place the refill into the container and press firmly from the top. Completely remove the refill's sealing seal before closing the cap. ◇After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and be sure to close the cap tightly. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Always insert the refill into the container before removing the sealing seal. ◇Take care not to cut your hands when removing the sealing seal. ◇Do not transfer remaining contents from the previous container to the refill. ◇If the container is scratched or the cap no longer opens or closes properly, we recommend replacing it with a new container.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This cream is the best for sagging skin! I thought the bulldog-like sagging of my cheeks was gradually decreasing, but after using it for about a week, I saw a clear difference from before! The sagging of my cheeks disappeared, and then even my nasolabial folds became less of a concern. The cream is thick and feels very moisturizing, but it doesn't feel sticky after application, so it seems like it can be used even in the summer. There are a lot of lifting creams on the market recently, but this cream has been the most effective for me. They sell a mini-size set with Eudermine and Ultimune, so I recommend trying that first!

I've never been a fan of creams, but this one isn't sticky at all, and in fact it's smooth and silky after a while of application. I can't live without it now (((I might not be able to live...!!))) The scent is similar to Marukawa bubble gum ( ω )
