Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the limited edition case. I put RMK in it based on everyone's reviews. The packaging is cute and easy to understand, with SUQQU in black and RMK in white, and it really lifts my spirits! I've been using No. 11 for a long time, and I'm thinking about trying No. 13 next. SUQQU is truly genius at color development and the colors are exquisite. I feel like I'll look stylish no matter which one I wear. It's very moisturizing and fits so well that it's addictive. It's not hard to remove, but it's a lip product that I'll want to wear every day.
It's a bright coral pink. I'm a warm-toned spring type, but my lips are quite pigmented, so choosing a color can be quite difficult. However, the sheer color makes it easy to control. The texture is plump and keeps my lips moisturized, so I don't use lip balm or gloss. The color retention is pretty good, and the fade is natural, so it's totally acceptable (personally, I think RMK's Dewy Melt is by far the best in terms of color retention). I touch up my lips after meals anyway, so it's not a problem.
I bought a case of RMK Dewy Melt after reading reviews saying it was a perfect fit. I also want to try SUQQU lipsticks!
It was moist and not drying!
I bought just the case to store my RMK lip balm. It's working fine. I like the fact that it doesn't roll around. It also has a luxurious look and the lid snaps shut securely, so it's great for carrying around.
