How to use
After thoroughly wetting your hair, take an appropriate amount and lather thoroughly throughout your hair. Rinse thoroughly afterwards. We recommend using this product in conjunction with other products from the same series. Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. If you experience a foreign body sensation in your eyes, consult an ophthalmologist. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. If redness, swelling, itching, or irritation occurs during or after use and in direct sunlight, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. Continued use may worsen the symptoms. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight. As this product contains naturally derived ingredients, clumps may occasionally form or the color and scent may vary, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
